By visiting our website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Age

Our candy is for everyone, but if you are under 18, please get a parent or guardian's approval before buying.

Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through this website and paid securely through Stripe. Prices may change from time to time.

Shipping

We ship within the United States: $5 flat rate, free on orders of $49 or more. Once a package leaves us it is in the carrier's hands, but if something goes wrong, tell us and we will do our best to help.

Returns and refunds

For safety and hygiene we cannot take candy back once it has shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right. Refunds are handled case by case.

Allergies and ingredients

Some products may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy or gluten. Check the ingredients before eating, and ask us if you have questions.

Privacy

We use your details only to fulfil your order. We do not sell, trade or give away your information. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
